After 13 years of hands-on research, design, and construction across warm and cold climates — including work with Earthship Biotecture — I am proud to unveil the Wautillarium Blueprint (2025): a detailed, step-by-step guide to building your own affordable, self-heating and self-cooling home that mimics nature.

 

Each day, I’m refining this living BioMimetic Bio-Shelter — a structure designed to nurture, regulate, and sustain its inhabitants using the wisdom of the Earth itself.

What’s Coming

 

Over the next couple of months, I’ll finalize a comprehensive construction blueprint that integrates:

 

 • Self-regulating heating & cooling

 • A 12-foot-deep greenhouse

 • Greywater treatment & aquaculture systems

 • Food production and water harvesting modules

 

Once complete, I’ll build a scale physical model to refine every detail — followed by a full-scale real-world Wautillarium this summer. This hands-on build will validate and perfect the final drawings.
